Our products ship directly from our warehouse in northeastern Indiana (United States).

Absolutely! Custom designs must meet a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). Please contact one of our sales representatives at sales@dukeimports.com or (260) 665-1100 to discuss the details.

We do not ship COD.

Our minimum order amount is $500.

We prefer payment by credit card, but if you don't have one, please indicate during checkout that you will call us with a method of payment.

We do not automatically notify you of items that are out of stock. If you do wish to be notified of this, please indicate so during the checkout process.

We will send an email to the primary email address associated with your account that contains a copy of your invoice and the tracking number for your shipment.

Once our warehouse verifies which products we have in stock, and how they are packaged, we will calculate the shipping charges, and charge your card for the total. If you would like to be notified of the shipping cost before we charge your card, please indicate so during the checkout process.

The holidays are busy times for almost all businesses, including our carriers. Please allow for 2 - 3 days of extra time around the holidays to ensure your products still arrive when you need them to.

We do not accept orders under the minimum amount in an effort to keep freight charges reasonable.

Please allow 2 business days for most orders. Larger orders or busier times may take a little more time. We are open 8am - 5pm EST, so if you place an order outside of these times, we will get started on it first thing the next morning.
